Project Director Approval & Environment, Claus Dynesen is member of the Management Group and has the overall responsibility for the approval process for the project. This includes the necessary environmental studies and coordination with appropriate government agencies.

Director Finance & Administration, Gregers Jensen is member of the Management Group. He is responsible for the finance, economy, accounts and administration departments. In addition to traffic prognoses and financial analyses, this also includes responsibility for funding received from the EU under the TEN-programme.

Project Director Tunnel, Steen Lykke is responsible for the works on the possible implementation of the fixed link in the form of an immersed tunnel. Together with his team and the consulting group of Rambøll, Arup & TEC, a design is being developed that meets all requirements and to be approved by German and Danish authorities. This work also includes design for the ramps on Fehmarn and Lolland.

Project Director Bridge, Henrik Christensen works on the possible implementation of the fixed link in the form of a bridge. Together with his team and the consulting group of COWI-Obermeyer a design is being developed that meets all requirements to be approved by German and Danish authorities. This work also includes the approach bridges and design suggestions for the ramps on Fehmarn and Lolland.

Project Director Railway, Axel Werner Jørgensen is responsible for topics related to planning and construction of the electrified railway across the fixed link and all associated systems. The management of the interfaces between the German and Danish hinterland railway system is also part of his responsibility. Along with appropriate authorities in Germany and Denmark, the department is furthermore responsible for railway capacity planning.

Project Director Coordination Derek Levick and his team are responsible for a variety of areas, such as geotechnical studies, quality assurance, health and safety, contract preparation, project planning and risk management and implementation in the organisation.

Head of Secretariat, Rasmus Warborg Larsen is responsible for the management support and support in relation to the authorities’ approval process.

Director Corporate Communication, Ajs Dam is responsible for the areas of public affairs, internal and external communication, exhibitions, press relations and corporate identity.

Director Market Development, Jacob Vestergaard is responsible for the Market Development and Market Analysis.
