One of the methods we use to obtain this goal is to define the risk allocation very clearly and unambiguous from the very start to avoid later discussions regarding this as much as possible. We usually say that the risk is not necessarily evenly divided but it is clearly defined.

Finally, it is essential for us that the foundational principals of the EU treaty regarding equal treatment, non-discrimination, mutual recognition, proportionality and transparency are fully complied with regardless of contract type or size.
