Pamphlet for Landowners

The pamphlet is mainly aimed at the landowners on Lolland whom Femern A/S expects will be affected by the construction of the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link.

To complete the construction from coast to coast, at some point in time, it will be necessary for Femern A/S to purchase plots and real property in the area of Rødbyhavn. However, expropriations are not expected to take place before 2013.

It is already possible for owners who will be particularly affected by the project, and who fulfil certain personal conditions, to request acquisition in advance. The pamphlet describes the rules regarding expropriations and acquisitions in advance, and explains the relevant procedure in the case of this project.

The pamphlet is only published in Danish because the number of affected German landowners is very limited. Femern A/S is engaged in a continuous dialogue with all the affected landowners in both Denmark and Germany.
